Engagement

How an engagement runs.

Optimally, engagements are structured to give counsel an early read on the case before scope is set, and to produce work product on a calendar that matches the case's actual cadence — discovery, dispositive motions, trial. However, while early pre-litigation consultation provides the greatest strategic value, expert services are routinely provided throughout every stage of litigation.

Engagement · privileged consultation

Initial consultations are conducted confidentially at no cost, typically within 72 hours of intake. Use the form on our contact page for new matters, or reach the office directly by email or telephone.
